The players returning the leading eight net scores. Should there be a tie for the last place or places, such a tie to be resolved under medal play on a course and upon a date to be decided by the committee, who reserve the right to re-handicap any player. Once the final eight players have been established, the competition turns into knock-out over 18 holes with a draw being made.
